Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and effectively communicating them to the internal team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
- Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to contribute to account growth.
- Monitor industry trends and client competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Understanding of digital marketing, web development, or design is a plus.
