Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and effectively communicating them to the internal team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to contribute to account growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and client competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, web development, or design is a plus.
